Our measuring technology is used in all areas of laser measuring technology, profile and thickness measurement, distance measurement and ultrasound measuring technology. We supply single sensors in standard or special designs up to complete measuring systems integrated into the production line with mechanics and individual software.
The OPTImess laser sensors enable non-contact and fast distance measurement by triangulation whereby a laser beam is projected onto the surface of the target and reflected onto the receiver by a second optic. All changes in distance within the measuring range defined for the sensor can be picked up in this way and output analog or digitally as a measuring variable.
The opto-electronic sensor OPTImess FM is a device for no-contact distance measurement especially for vehicle testing.
The opto-electronic sensor OPTImess LC-H is a device for no-contact distance measurement especially for vehicle testing. This sensor distinguishes itself by a great independence of the measurement accuracy on different material surfaces and of the ambient light.
The opto-electronic sensor OPTImess MC is a device for no-contact distance measurement especially for test drive. This sensor is based on the LC-H technologies but in a much small package and shorter stand off distance.
